    One of the many reasons I love Summer’s Fitness is getting to work with the extremely knowledgeable and approachable staff! They are always willing to answer my questions and they are constantly challenging me to push past my goals. I joined Summer’s Fitness at age 30 to help address years of stomach and stress issues. The staff there have not only taught me that exercise can be fun, but also diet and exercise can be the best “medication” as I get older. I am stronger and in better shape in my 30’s then I ever was in my 20’s. Highly recommend!”
