Before joining Summer’s Fitness, Lisa felt overweight, tired, and out of shape. She was becoming self-conscious of her body image, but that’s all changed in the 5 months she’s been at our facility! Lisa decided to make her health a priority, and often attends the 6AM classes because they fit best into her busy work schedule.
