Kid’s Programs

SPEED & AGILITY AND SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Our 2 programs provide developmentally appropriate speed, agility, strength, fitness, and movement training for children ages 7-14.

Both Speed & Agility and Sports Performance Programs promote:

  • Improve speed, power, quickness, footwork, and running form.
  • Prevent injury, improve flexibility and fitness level.
  • Have FUN learning new, safe, & effective exercises and techniques!
  • Emphasize fundamental athletic development through linear and multi-directional movement.

Sports Performance –Small Group Personal Training – Ages 10-14:

  • Develop core, hip, and posterior chain strength.
  • Periodized and Personalized, Strength & Conditioning Programming.
  • Safe, Cutting Edge, & Fun training modalities appropriate  for Ages 10-14.
  • Session #1: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 4:30pm – Sports Performance Training (Ages 10-14)
  • Session #2: Tuesday & Thursdays, 5:30pm – Speed & Agility Training (Ages 7-14)
  • Session #3: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:15pm – Speed & Agility Training (Ages 7-14) TBD
  • Classes are Seasonal. Please call us for updated schedule and times.
